Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

 

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 7-15 business days from dispatch. Some pieces are made and shipped by our partner studios, so delivery windows vary by item. Estimated timings are shown at checkout where available.

 

Orders with multiple items

Because we work with a small group of independent makers, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra shipping for this. Each shipment gets its own tracking number.

 

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. Any promotional free shipping thresholds will be shown in your cart before you pay.

 

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs, customs and peak periods can add time. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email us and we will investigate or make it right.

 

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a reshipping charge.

 

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, check with neighbours and your building first, then contact us within 7 days. If a parcel arrives damaged, email photos of the item and packaging and we will replace or refund it.

 

International orders

Where international shipping is offered, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
